Alpaca Handmade would like all of our customers to be happy with our handmade products. If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it for an exchange or refund.
Before returning products please contact us at: contact@alpacahandmade.com before shipping the product back. The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item to Yapurchiri. Yapuchiri will in turn pay shipping of exchanged items.

Alpaca Handmade would like all of our customers to be happy with our handmade products. All of our products are custom made. Once we receive an order we will then begin to knit, weave or otherwise hand make it. It is literally crafted for you.
